Refund, Returns & Replacement Policy
At Hoku Olive Oil, operated by UNO DOS BROS, we are committed to delivering high-quality olive oil with care and consistency. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy.
No Refunds or Returns – Strict Policy
All purchases made through www.hokuworld.com are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstance, including:
● Change of mind
● Taste, scent, or texture preferences
● Delayed delivery caused by courier or external conditions
● Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect product quality
● Claims made after the product has been opened or used
This policy is in place to ensure food safety, hygiene standards, and to prevent misuse or fraudulent claims.
Replacements – Only at Our Discretion
In rare and genuine cases of verified product damage or shipping errors, we may offer a replacement. This is entirely at our discretion and subject to a detailed review of evidence.
Examples of valid concerns include:
● Product received physically damaged or leaking
● Incorrect product received (different variant or size)
To request a replacement, the following steps must be strictly followed:
● Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email at hello@hokuworld.com
● Include:
○ Order number
○ Full description of the issue
○ Clear and unedited photos/videos showing:
■ The damaged or incorrect product
■ The outer packaging and tamper-evident seal
■ The shipping label with tracking ID
● The product must remain unopened and unused
If the request is deemed authentic and verifiable, we may issue a replacement free of charge. However, replacements are not guaranteed and will be processed solely at the discretion of UNO DOS BROS after evaluation.
Fraud Prevention Clause
We take fraudulent claims seriously. Claims that appear inconsistent, lack credible evidence, or are reported after delivery confirmation may be investigated and rejected.
UNO DOS BROS reserves the right to deny replacements or suspend service to customers with repeated or suspicious claims.
Order Cancellations
● Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
● Once the order is shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.
● Approved cancellations (before dispatch) will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Fees
● Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in all cases.
● In the event of an approved replacement, reshipping will be done at no additional cost.
